Will Baude slaps down one of the two colossal idiocies that drove me into an incoherent rage this morning. (My effort never got beyond muttering through my foamy mouth: "First...Fourteenth...must kill...amendments....)

Update: I'm not feeling it today. Go read Milbarge's take and my comments instead. And take a wild guess which of the "Bottom Stories of the Day" I contributed here. I still laugh at that headline.
